A: When checking out in-store, simply provide your phone number you joined with to the associate or enter it on the keypad when prompted. The associate will confirm your first name to ensure you receive your points for every eligible purchase made.
When checking out online, be sure you are logged into your Francescas.com account before you check out, and you will earn points on all eligible purchases made through your account.
Q: How do I convert my points into Fran Club Rewards?
A: You don't need to worry about converting your points. Every time you hit 100 points, we will issue you a $10 off Fran Club Reward. If you earn 200 points in a transaction, we will issue you 2 $10 rewards for you to use at your discretion. Please remember that Fran Club Rewards have a 60-day expiration from the day they are earned. We will send your reminders to make sure you are redeeming.

There will be occasional rewards offers and perks, including a birthday present that will be communicated via promotional emails and text. If you opt out of promotional communications, you will still receive emails regarding your Fran Club account balance, Rewards earned and expiration, along with status details, but you will no longer receive emails communications rewards offers. To opt back into emails please visit your preferences page in your francescas.com account.
Q: How do program tiers work?
A: "Enthusiast" are members who earn up to 75 points in a calendar year and will earn 1 point for every dollar spent.
"Insiders" are members who earn between 75.01 - 400 points in a calendar year and will earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent.
"Trendsetters" are members who earn 400.01 or more points in a calendar year and will earn 2 points for every dollar spent.
When you join The Fran Club you will keep your earned status until December 31 of the following year (up to 24 months). You will need to re-qualify every year after to extend "Insider" or "trendsetter" status.
Q: Who is eligible to participate in The Fran Club?
A: The Fran Club is open to individuals at least 18 years of age who are residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and who maintain a valid email address and phone number.
Q: What if I live outside the United States?
A: Currently, The Fran Club is only available in the U.S.
Q: What happens if I make a return?
A: If you are making a return and have already earned your $10 off Fran Club Reward, those Rewards will be deducted from your Rewards account. This could display a negative balance on your Rewards account. If you used a Rewards voucher on your original purchase, and need to make a return, you will be credited back the amount you paid for the item that you returned. Rewards redeemed unfortunately will not be issued back at this time, although we are exploring ways to do this in the future.

Q: How do I ensure I get credit for earning points?
A: In boutique: With an eligible Rewards purchase, provide your Rewards phone number on the pin pad when prompted. You can use only one membership account per transaction.
Online: Make sure you have created a Fran Club Rewards profile and are logged into your account before checking out.
In most cases Rewards earned will show up in your account up to 72 hours after the eligible purchase or date of order placement. In some instances, if may take up to 7 business days to display earn Fran Club Rewards for online orders. Your Fran Club Rewards are issued within 72 hours once you reach your 100-point threshold.

You must have a Rewards account prior to the date of purchase to request that Rewards be added to your account.
Q: When will I get my Fran Club Rewards I've earned?
A:Your Fran Club Rewards will be automatically emailed to your Rewards account email address once your points balance reaches 100 points. These Rewards, when issued, can be found in your online account and will be available for you to redeem in boutique after providing your phone number during the checkout process. Some restrictions and delays may apply.
Fran Club Rewards will be issued in increments of $10 off and can be redeemed on any future purchase greater than the $10 increment you are trying to redeem. For example, if you have two $10 Fran Club Rewards ($20) to redeem you must spend greater than $20.01 to redeem.

Just remember for every $10 off Rewards you must spend greater than $10 (example if you are redeeming $20 in Fran Club Rewards your purchase must be greater than $20.01).
Online: To redeem online, sign into your francescas account and ensure it is linked to your Rewards account. Once you have placed your items in the "Cart", click "APPLY" to any eligible voucher and it will be automatically added to the subtotal of your purchase. Just remember for every $10 off Rewards you must spend greater than $10 (example if you are redeeming $20 in Fran Club Rewards your purchase must be greater than $20.01).
Please note, vouchers do not apply towards tax, or shipping cost.
Q: What is considered an eligible purchase to redeem rewards on and what are the exclusions?
A: Fran Club Rewards can be redeemed on eligible products in boutique and online. Rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards, on shipping costs or on tax. You may be notified of additional ineligible products and services at time of purchase.
Q: What do I need when redeeming a Fran Club Reward?
A: To redeem your rewards, you must provide your Rewards account information at the beginning of the checkout process. For in boutique provide your phone number at the beginning of the transaction process. For online orders log in to your account with your rewards email and password before completing your purchase.
Q: Can I use coupons/discounts with my Fran Club Rewards?
A: Yes. Fran Club Rewards can be combined with any eligible coupon, discount, or other Fran Club Rewards. The coupon/discount amount will be taken off the purchase first and then the Reward amount will be applied.
Q: When do my Rewards and my Rewards voucher expire?
A: Fran Club Rewards are valid for 60 days from date of issue. Rewards must be used in full and once redeemed are considered fully redeemed and no longer eligible to use.
Q: What happens if I make a return but have not yet earned a reward?
A: Points earned on product returned will be deducted from your account.
Q: What happens if I make a return but have already received my Fran Club Reward?
A: If you return the product where points were earned and resulted in a Fran Club Reward being earned. You will keep the reward and your points status will go negative. You point status will remain negative until you accrue enough points to make up the balance.
For example, you make a purchase and have 100 points. 100 points are auto converted to a $10 reward & you points balance is now 0.
You make a $50 return, keep your reward, and 50 points are deducted from your points balance. The balance was 0, minus 50 points for the return, new balance is -50.
Q: What happens if I make a return on a purchase where I used a Fran Club reward?
A: You will be refunded the full amount for which you paid for items returned (excluding any Fran Club Rewards discount, promotional discount, or coupon discounts applied). At this time Fran Club Rewards are a one and done use and will not be credited back to your account should you decide to make a return.

Q: When will I see my Fran Club Rewards balance updated?
A: Fran Club Rewards will typically post to your account within 72 hours after the eligible purchase or date of shipment, for online orders and special orders in a boutique. In some cases, it could take up to 7 business days to reflect your points tied to eligible purchases. We promise we will work to keep points up to date and posted as close to the within 72-hour window as possible.

Q: Can I share a Fran Club Rewards account with a family member or friend?
A: Francesca's will assign a Rewards account to each member who provides a unique phone number and email address combination. Fran Club accounts are for an individual and should not be shared.

During the sign-in process, click the "Forgot your password?" link. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Click “Send Email”. Then, a new password will be sent to the email address associated with your online account.
Q: I've decided I don’t want to be part of the Fran Club anymore. What do I do?
A: You may cancel your participation in the Program at any time by sending an email to our Customer Care Team at customerservice@francescas.com or by calling Customer Care at 1-800-980-1180. If you cancel your participation in the Program, you will no longer earn Points and you will forfeit your unused and unexpired Points. Your cancellation will not affect any previously issued Rewards unless you also close your Account.
